Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines, and change gear as workload demands. This aids productivity which is key to our mutual success.
Ability to use and read reports to self-check ones work and performance.
Technical Competence in respect to products handled.
Supply Base awareness. Knowledge of which suppliers do what and willingness to add this to the database.
